On February 22, 2024, HCM Acquisition Corp (the “Company”), in accordance with the second amendment to its amended and restated memorandum and articles of association, dated January 23, 2024, notified Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company of its intention to extend the period of time that the Company has to complete its initial business combination (the “Termination Date”) by an additional month, subject to our sponsor depositing $30,000 (the “Extension Deposit”) into the trust account. Our sponsor deposited the Extension Deposit into the trust account and the Company’s board of directors, on February 22, 2024, approved an extension by an additional month. As a result, the Termination Date was extended by one month to March 25, 2024.
