Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 7, 2025, we issued a press release announcing the declaration of a regular quarterly cash dividend of twenty-seven and one-half cents per share ($0.275). The dividend was declared on February 7, 2025 and is payable Monday, February 24, 2025 to stockholders of record as of Tuesday, February 18, 2025. The press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
