On May 5, 2021, Heat Biologics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Registrant”), issued the attached press release that included financial information for its quarter ended March 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
