$.11 per share cash dividend declared
HOLLYWOOD, FL / ACCESSWIRE / June 20, 2024 / HEICO Corporation (NYSE:HEI)(NYSE:HEI) today announced that its Board of Directors declared an $0.11 per share semiannual cash dividend payable on all shares of its Class A Common Stock and its Common Stock. The amount is 10% greater than the Company's last cash dividend of $.10 per share paid earlier this year.
The dividend is HEICO's 92nd consecutive semiannual cash dividend since 1979.
The dividend is payable on July 15, 2024 to all shareholders of record on July 1, 2024.
