Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On October 29, 2021, Herman Miller, Inc., a Michigan corporation, issued a press release announcing the change in its name from Herman Miller, Inc. to MillerKnoll, Inc. and the change in its ticker symbol from MLHR to MLKN, each to be effective November 1, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
