1. On July 10, 2023, the reporting person was granted 5,000 shares under The Eastern Company 2020 Executive Stock Incentive Plan that vested on March 1, 2024 due to the reporting person's continued employment at the vesting date.

2. On April 24, 2023, the reporting person was granted 3,332 shares under The Eastern Company 2020 Executive Stock Incentive Plan that vested on March 1, 2024 due the reporting person's continued employment at the vesting date.

3. The reporting person received 5,776 shares under The Eastern Company 2020 Executive Stock Incentive Plan based on the company's achievement of certain performance objectives.
