HPE is also announcing a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, the third in Hewlett Packard Enterprise's fiscal year 2025, payable on or about July 17, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 18, 2025. Each quarterly dividend must be declared by the Board of Directors out of legally available sources prior to payment.
