On July 27, 2023, Home Point Financial Corporation (“HPF”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Home Point Capital Inc., completed the sale of certain mortgage servicing rights held by HPF to Nationstar Mortgage LLC (“MSR Purchaser”), a Delaware limited liability company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Mr. Cooper Group Inc. (“Mr. Cooper”), a Delaware corporation, pursuant to that certain Agreement for the Bulk Purchase and Sale of Mortgage Servicing Rights, dated as of May 10, 2023, by and among HPF, MSR Purchaser and, solely for the purposes set forth therein, Mr. Cooper.
