Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Kimberly Johnson, the Company’s current Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, announced her plans to retire from the Company effective January 3, 2025. Ms. Johnson joined the Company in 2002 as Assistant Controller and was appointed Vice President and Controller in April 2017.
Ryan Greenier, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will assume the role of Principal Accounting Officer upon Ms. Johnson’s retirement.
