On May 13, 2025, Hudson Global, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2025. A copy of such press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. In addition, on May 13, 2025, the Company issued a presentation supplementary to its press release, which presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2.
