Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 28, 2025, Tony Hankins, Division President, Polyurethanes and CEO Asia Pacific of Huntsman Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company of his election to step down from his role as Division President, Polyurethanes. Mr. Hankins will be moving to a new role within the Company and Mr. Steen Weien Hansen will be assuming the role of Division President, Polyurethanes, each appointment to be effective as of June 1, 2025.
Mr. Hankins served as Division President, Polyurethanes and CEO Asia Pacific for more than 20 years. In his new role, Mr. Hankins will ensure a smooth transition of his current role to Mr. Hansen through the end of the year, following which, it is expected he will enter into an agreement to continue to provide transition services on an as needed, hourly, basis as an independent consultant.
Mr. Hansen joined Huntsman in 1999, where most recently, he served as Senior Vice President Americas of the Polyurethanes Division.
