Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

In a press release issued on June 6, 2022, in conjunction with the start of the NYU International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference, Hyatt Hotels Corporation (the “Company”) provided an update on business operating results for the month of May 2022, summer travel booking trends, and confirmation of the closing of previously announced asset dispositions. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
