Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 9, 2025, Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing results of the 2025 Induced Polarization geophysics survey at the Hycroft Mine, located in Nevada, USA, a Tier-1 mining jurisdiction.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
