Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

The Company issued a press release on March 31, 2025, announcing its consolidated operating and financial results for the year ending December 31, 2024. Achieving record annual gold production and financial performance during 2024.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
