Item 8.01 Other Events

On August 11, 2021, IF Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the savings and loan holding company for Iroquois Federal Savings and Loan Association, announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.175 per common share. The dividend will be paid on October 15, 2021, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 24, 2021. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the cash dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

In addition, the Board of Directors has determined that the Company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on November 22, 2021.
