Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 21, 2021, iFresh Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from Amy Xue, pursuant to which Ms. Xue resigned from her position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective June 21, 2021. The Company is working to find a suitable replacement for Ms. Xue.
