IGI Declares Special Cash Dividend Of $0.50 Per Common Share For The Period October 1, 2023–December 31, 2023 And Regular Quarterly Common Share Dividend Of $0.01 Per Share

International General Insurance Holdings Ltd. ("IGI" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:IGIC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared an extraordinary cash dividend of $0.50 per common share for the period October 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023, in addition to the Company's regular quarterly common share dividend of $0.01 per share.

The extraordinary dividend plus the regular quarterly dividend, totaling $0.51, is payable on April 22, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 1, 2024.
