On January 29, 2022, the Human Resources Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board of Directors of IHS Markit Ltd. (the “Company”) approved a special cash award to Adam Kansler in the amount of $500,000 to be paid no later than February 28, 2022, in recognition of his exceptional performance during the integration planning process of the Company’s pending merger with S&P Global Inc.
