On August 3, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing that its ticker symbol for its shares of common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market will change from “IMAC” to “BACK.” Trading under the new ticker symbol will begin on August 8, 2022. A copy of the press release furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is incorporated herein by reference.
