Item 8.01. Other Events.

On April 7, 2021, IMAC Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) received approval and a permit number from the City of Murfreesboro Building and Codes Department to begin the buildout of The Back Space, at 2900 S. Rutherford Blvd., in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, its first retail healthcare clinic.
