Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 14, 2026, Immersion Corporation (the “Company”) received a letter from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff (the “Staff”) confirming that the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). Accordingly, the Staff has determined that the Company complies with the rule and the matter is now closed.
