On May 5, 2025, ImmunityBio, Inc. (“ImmunityBio” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has received from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration a refusal to file letter regarding the Company’s supplemental biologics license application for the use of ANKTIVA plus BCG in BCG-unresponsive non-muscle invasive bladder cancer in the papillary indication. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
