On November 7, 2024, Imunon, Inc. issued a press release reporting its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2024. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
On October 31, 2024, Imunon, Inc. announced it would hold a conference call on November 7, 2024 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 and provide a business update. The conference call will also be broadcast live on the internet at http://www.imunon.com.
