On February 16, 2023, indie Semiconductor, Inc. (“indie”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.

A conference call with simultaneous webcast to discuss the financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2022 will be held today, February 16, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. After the live webcast of the conference call, an audio replay will remain available until March 2, 2023 in the Investor Relations section of indie's website at www.indiesemi.com.
