Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 14, 2025, Indivior PLC (the "Company" or "Indivior") mailed to shareholders and published a scheme circular relating to its Extraordinary General Meeting to held on December 11, 2025 for the purpose of voting on the proposed re-domestication of the Company from the U.K. to Delaware. The scheme circular is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein.
