Item 2.02			Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 14, 2024, Infinera Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing preliminary financial results for its first quarter ended March 30, 2024 and outlook for its second quarter ending June 29, 2024. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
