On November 5, 2024, Infinera Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for its third quarter ended September 28, 2024. The Company also posted on the Investor Relations section of its website (www.infinera.com) investor slides for its third quarter ended September 28, 2024. A copy of the press release and investor slides are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
