On October 31, 2023, InfuSystem Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will disclose its financial results for the third quarter 2023 on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 before the market opens. The Company will also conduct a conference call for all interested investors on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
