On May 8, 2025 , Ingram Micro Holding Corporation (“Ingram Micro” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the Thirteen Weeks Ended March 29, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
