Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 4, 2025, Ingredion Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s condensed consolidated financial results for the year ended December 31, 2024 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Company’s Press Release is being furnished as Exhibit 99 and hereby incorporated by reference. The Company will conduct a conference call Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. CT to discuss the fourth quarter and year-end financial results.
