Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 12, 2025, INmune Bio Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the completion of the third and highest dose cohort of the Phase I portion of the Company’s natural killer cell therapy, INKmune™, in a Phase I/II trial for men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, allowing opening of the Phase II high dose cohort.
A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
