Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 23, 2023, Innovid Corp. (the “Company”) announced a reduction of its global full-time headcount by approximately 10%. This headcount reduction reflects the Company’s continued focus on sustainable and profitable growth. It is expected that the implementation of the headcount reduction will be substantially complete by the end of the first quarter of 2023.
