On December 18, 2024, Innventure, Inc. issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference, announcing its plan to collaborate with The Dow Chemical Company on a waste-to-value platform and the launch of Refinity, a new majority-owned subsidiary, that intends to commercialize waste-to-value technologies.
