Insight Select Income Fund Declares Quarterly Dividend and Capital Gains Distribution
The Insight Select Income Fund (NYSE:INSI) (the "Fund") today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share on December 7, 2022. The ordinary income distribution of $0.18 per share will be payable on December 29, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 22, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of December 21, 2022.
The Fund's last four quarterly dividend payments from ordinary income equates to approximately $0.72 per share.
In addition to the regular quarterly dividend, the Fund declared a long-term capital gain distribution of $0.0602, payable on December 29, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 22, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of December 21, 2022. These capital gain distribution amounts are required for the Fund to comply with the requirements of the Internal Revenue Code applicable to regulated investment companies.
