Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 18, 2023, Inspirato Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) regarding a plan to streamline its operations (the “Plan”), including a workforce reduction, effective immediately, that impacts approximately 12% of the Company’s current staff. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
