Item 8.01. Other Events
On November 12, 2024, Insteel Industries, Inc. issued a news release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared both its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share of common stock, and a one-time special cash dividend of $1.00 per share of common stock, both payable on December 13, 2024, to shareholders of record as of November 29, 2024. A copy of this release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
