Mark Field, Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer of Insulet Corporation (the “Company”) left the Company to pursue other opportunities, effective March 14, 2025. As the Company initiates a search for a new Chief Technology Officer, Amit Guliani, currently serving as Group Vice President, Software Engineering, will serve as acting Chief Technology Officer, effective immediately.
Mr. Field will receive standard severance benefits under the Company’s Amended and Restated Executive Severance Plan. In addition, the Company intends to enter into a Consulting Agreement with Mr. Field to facilitate a smooth transition. In the event the Company enters into a Consulting Agreement with Mr. Field, the agreement will be filed on a subsequent Current Report on Form 8-K.
