Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

VPC Impact Acquisition Holdings and Bakkt Holdings, LLC, a digital asset marketplace and majority-owned subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (the “Company”), continue to work with regulators to complete their proposed business combination, which was originally announced on January 11, 2021. The Company will provide another update when it has additional information regarding the closing date for the proposed business combination.
