On October 11, 2024, Investcorp India Acquisition Corp. (“IVCA”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the conclusion of its diligence work and negotiations with Bigtincan Holdings Limited (“BTH”) in connection with an offer made by IVCA to consummate a business combination with BTH. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
