Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 27, 2023, Robert F. Werner notified Invitae Corporation (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as Chief Accounting Officer and principal accounting officer of the Company to pursue a new opportunity, effective May 19, 2023. Mr. Werner’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or procedures.
