Invitation Homes Reaches Agreement To Settle California Qui Tam Dispute; Company To Pay Total Amount Of $19.99M To Completely Resolve The Dispute

The complaint in the dispute, also known as a qui tam action filed under the California False Claims Act, alleged that the Company's contractors failed to pull building permits on certain home improvements.

Upon final approval of the settlement agreement by the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of California, the Company will pay a total amount of $19,992,900 to completely resolve the dispute, thereby fully releasing the Company without any admission of liability.
