Other Events.

On May 30, 2024, iPower, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department (the “Staff”) of the Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company that it regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and the matter is now closed.
