On November 18, 2024, Ispire Technology Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a positive in person pre-PMTA submission meeting with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. A copy of the press release issued by the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
