On September 28, 2023, Jabil Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the fourth fiscal quarter and full fiscal year ended August 31, 2023. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
