Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted stock awarded to the Reporting Person pursuant to the First Financial Northwest 2016 Equity Incentive Plan. The restricted stock fully vests upon a one-year cliff vest, subject to certain clawback provisions.

2. Reflects vesting of 4,080 shares of restricted stock of which 2,040 shares were withheld at the election of the Reporting Person for Issuer to pay the value of the vested shares to state and federal tax authorities for the Reporting Person's account.
