(James Hardie), a subsidiary of James Hardie Industries plc (ASX: JHX; NYSE: JHX),  the North American leader in fiber cement home siding and exterior design solutions, today announced a landmark multi-year exclusive agreement with three subsidiaries of Daiwa House USA Holdings Inc. (Daiwa House USA): Stanley Martin Homes, CastleRock Communities, and Trumark Homes. Under this agreement, James Hardie will provide its renowned Hardie® siding and trim products for new housing developments across their combined national footprint.

This exclusive agreement will see Hardie® siding and trim products become the standard in select new homes built by Stanley Martin, CastleRock, and Trumark across the United States through the end of 2027. This collaboration reinforces James Hardie's commitment to setting industry standards in durability, affordability, and climate resilience.
