Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 1, 2025, JPMorgan Chase & Co. (“JPMorganChase” or the “Firm”) released the results of its company-run 2025 Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test (“DFAST”) for JPMorganChase and JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association. A copy of that information is attached as Exhibit 99.
The company-run 2025 DFAST results are being furnished pursuant to Item 7.01, and the information contained therein shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, or otherwise subject to the liabilities under that Section. Furthermore, the information contained in Exhibit 99 shall not be deemed to be incorporated by reference into the filings of the Firm under the Securities Act of 1933.
