Item 8.01 Other Events.

On April 15, 2025, Kaiser Aluminum Corporation announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.77 per share. The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 25, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
