The 2022 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting (the “Annual Meeting”) of Kaleyra, Inc. (the “Company”) will be held on November 22, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time, virtually by webcast. The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed the close of business on October 7, 2022 as the record date for the determination of stockholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting or any postponement or adjournment thereof.
