On February 16, 2022, Kaleyra, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2021. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Current Report”) and is incorporated herein by reference.
